2. Description of Service
MemoryStore is a content organization service that allows you to:
- Save videos and images from social media platforms
- Search your content using AI-powered search
- Organize and manage your saved content
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
- One person or entity may not maintain more than one account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use MemoryStore to:
- Store illegal content or content that violates others' rights
- Infringe on copyrights or intellectual property
- Distribute malware or harmful content
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload our systems
- Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service
- Resell or redistribute the service without permission
5. Content Ownership
- You retain ownership of content you save through MemoryStore
- You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to save content
- We do not claim ownership of your saved content
- Content is stored in YOUR Google Drive, not on our servers
6. Subscription & Payments
- Free tier includes limited features and usage quotas
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly
- Prices may change with 30 days notice
- Refunds are handled according to platform policies (App Store, Play Store, or Razorpay)
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period
7. Service Availability
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- We may perform maintenance with or without notice
- Third-party platform changes may affect functionality
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features
8. Limitation of Liability
MemoryStore is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Loss of data or content
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Third-party platform changes or restrictions
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
9. Termination
- You may delete your account at any time
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.
