My download isn't starting?
Check your internet connection first. If the issue persists, ensure the link is public and valid. Private posts cannot be accessed by our system.
How do I connect Google Drive?
Go to Settings > Storage in the app and click "Connect Google Drive". You'll need to authorize MemoryStore to create a folder.
Where is my data stored?
Your media content is stored directly in your connected Google Drive account. We do not store your personal files on our servers.
