Getting Started

What is MemoryStore?

MemoryStore is a video-first library for saved links, uploads, and AI notes. You can organize content from Instagram, YouTube, X/Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, Threads, Facebook, and direct uploads in one place.

Is MemoryStore free?

Yes. Basic includes 10 uploads per day. Pro increases that to 50 per day, and Ultimate increases it to 100 per day.

How do I save content?

Three ways: (1) Use the iOS Share Extension - tap Share on any app and select MemoryStore, (2) Paste a URL directly in the app, or (3) Upload files from your device.

Storage & Privacy

Where is my content stored?

Saved links and metadata live in your MemoryStore account. Uploaded media can live in app storage, and paid plans can connect your personal Google Drive for storage you control.

Is my data private?

Yes. MemoryStore is private by default, we never sell personal data, AI features are optional, and your Gemini API key is stored securely.

What happens if the original post gets deleted?

If you've uploaded the media or stored it in your connected Google Drive, you keep a copy. For link-only saves, availability can still depend on the source platform.

AI Features

How does AI search work?

AI features use your own Gemini API key. MemoryStore can generate summaries, tags, semantic search, and chat workflows for supported uploads and saved content.

What is the AI Chat?

Chat with your saved content! Ask questions like "What investing tips have I saved?" and get answers based on your personal knowledge base.

Do I need my own API key?

For AI features, yes. You'll need a free Gemini API key from Google AI Studio. This keeps your AI usage private and under your control.

What platforms are supported?

Instagram posts and reels, YouTube videos and Shorts, TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Threads, Facebook links, and direct file uploads.

Is there an Android app?

Yes. MemoryStore is available on iOS, Android beta, Chrome, and Safari.

Account & Billing

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

Your saved content remains in your account. You'll lose access to premium features but can still access your basic saved content.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → scroll to bottom → Logout, then contact us at [email protected] to request full account deletion. Associated account data is removed according to the current privacy policy.
