When you save content to MemoryStore:

• URLs you save — Links to Instagram, YouTube, Twitter content
• Content metadata — Title, description, author, duration, thumbnails
• AI-generated analysis — Summaries, tags, and searchable descriptions created by AI
• Chat messages — Your conversations with our AI search feature

Usage Data

We track basic usage to enforce plan limits:

• Daily upload counts
• Video duration totals
• Feature usage patterns

Payment Information

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

• Payment transactions are processed by Razorpay (India) or Apple (iOS)
• We store transaction IDs and subscription status
• We do NOT store credit card numbers or bank details

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide the Service — Save, organize, and help you search your content
• AI Analysis — Our AI processes your content to generate searchable summaries
• Account Management — Authentication, subscription management, support
• Service Improvement — Understand how users interact with features

3. Data Storage & Security

• Database hosted on Supabase (encrypted at rest)
• All connections use HTTPS/TLS encryption
• Content can be optionally encrypted with your personal key
• We use industry-standard security practices

4. AI Data Processing & Third-Party Sharing

4.1 Data Sent to AI Services

When you use AI features, the following data may be sent for processing:

• URLs you save (YouTube, articles, social media links)
• Video and audio content for transcription
• Text content for summarization and analysis
• Your chat queries when using AI-powered search
• Content metadata (titles, descriptions, thumbnails)

• Content can be saved without AI analysis if you prefer
• We do not sell your data or use it for advertising
• Google processes data solely for AI analysis, not for training their models

5. Other Third-Party Services

We also integrate with the following services:

• Supabase — Database and authentication
• Google Drive — Media storage in your connected personal Drive account on eligible plans
• Cloudflare R2 — Temporary file processing
• Razorpay / Apple — Payment processing
• RevenueCat — Subscription management

6. Data Sharing

We do NOT:

• Sell your personal data to advertisers
• Share your content with third parties (except AI processing with your consent or for analytics purposes to improve service)
• Use your data to train AI models (unless you explicitly opt-in)

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access — View all data we have about you
• Export — Request export support as this feature rolls out
• Delete — Request complete deletion of your account and data
• Correction — Update or correct your information
• Consent Management — Control your AI data consent in Settings

8. Data Retention

• Account data is retained while your account is active
• Deleted content is removed within 30 days
• If you delete your account, associated data is removed within 30 days

9. Children's Privacy

MemoryStore is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
